What is Hypnosis?

suggestions are then given to enable you to make the changes you desire.

Hypnosis is a natural trance state that each of us goes in and out of several times each day. In
fact, hypnosis is such a normal state of mind, most people usually don’t even realize that they
are hypnotized. Normal, everyday hypnosis occurs when you are driving down the road and lose
track of time, or, when you are focusing on a book or watching TV, and you don’t notice things
going on around you.

In hypnosis, you enter a trance as you have many times before, and deepen it so that you can
accept positive suggestions. The therapist acts as a guide helping you adopt new ways of
thinking and behaving that will shape your life into the life you want.
